The SkillWise Manual Handling Course provides participants with the essential knowledge and practical skills required to safely lift, carry, push, pull and move loads in the workplace.

This course is suitable for all sectors, including healthcare, childcare, retail, hospitality, warehousing, construction, agriculture, offices, and any role involving physical tasks.

Training blends clear theory, video demonstrations, and guided practical techniques, ensuring participants can:

Training meets the requirements of the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and the Manual Handling Regulations 2007.

Participants submit a short practical video demonstrating the techniques shown in the course.

Certification
