General Booking Policy — Manual Handling Training How to Book & Pay: Book online at www.skillwise.ie/first-aid-courses. Choose your preferred course and date to secure your place. Invoice: An invoice is automatically emailed to you once your booking is confirmed. Purchase Orders (POs): Need to raise a PO? No problem — email training@skillwise.ie with: Company name and contact details Learner names and email addresses Preferred date(s) or training location We’ll send a formal quote for approval before confirming your group booking. Payments & Refunds: If SkillWise must reschedule or is unable to deliver the course, you can choose to: Move to a new training date or Receive a full refund for the undelivered portion. Participant cancellations or date changes should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled course to avoid a cancellation fee. Manual Handling Certification (HSA Recognised) This 4-hour practical training meets the requirements of the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) and follows QQI Level 6 Manual Handling Instruction standards. Certificates are issued on the successful completion of both the theory and practical components of the course. Certification is valid for 3 years, after which refresher training is recommended to maintain compliance and best practice.
