Course Description
A calm first meeting focused on you. We’ll talk about what you want to achieve in life and work, notice the areas that feel unclear or crowded, and create space to consider options. Together, we’ll outline how coaching can guide you toward a personal and professional path—whether that means steady progress, change, or a new direction—and agree a way of working that fits your day-to-day. Format: Online via Zoom, at The Cube (Roscommon), or a Walk & Talk in nature.
General Booking Policy
Scheduling How to book: Online, at The Cube (Roscommon), or Walk & Talk in nature (local area). Availability: Weekday mornings/early afternoons; limited evenings by request. Packages: Sessions should be used within 6 months of purchase unless agreed otherwise. Payments Single sessions: Pay in full at booking (card/SumUp invoice). Packages: Pay in full at booking (or first session by agreement). Travel/room fees: Where applicable (travel or Cube room hire) are added at checkout/ invoiced at cost. Rescheduling & Cancellations Online sessions: Reschedule or cancel ≥24 hours before start time → no fee. The Cube / Travel sessions: Reschedule or cancel ≥48 hours before start time → no fee. Late changes: Inside the above windows, 100% session fee applies. Any venue costs already incurred (e.g., room hire) are chargeable. No-show: Charged at 100%. Coach cancellation: If I need to cancel or postpone, you can choose a new time or receive a full refund for the affected session. Lateness Sessions start and end on time. If you arrive late, we’ll use the remaining time; the full fee still applies. Walk & Talk (Outdoors) Weather plan: If conditions are poor, we’ll switch to Zoom or The Cube (if available). Wear suitable footwear/clothing; safety comes first. Scope & Ethics Coaching supports clarity, alignment, and practical progress. It is not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. If specialised support is needed, I’ll signpost appropriate services. Adults 18+ Confidentiality & Data Sessions are confidential except where there is a risk of harm or legal obligation to disclose. Notes are minimal and stored securely under GDPR. You may request access, correction, or deletion. No recording by either party without written consent.
