A message from Nicolette:
"First Aid is about more than compliance.
My aim is to create a relaxed, engaging learning environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, sharing experiences and developing real confidence in their abilities.Throughout the course, learners take part in practical scenarios, hands-on skill practice and open discussions designed to build confidence and prepare them for real-life situations.
At the end of the training, we spend a few minutes together reflecting on what we have learned, sharing experiences and reinforcing key takeaways.
This simple conversation often helps learners leave feeling more confident, more prepared and more connected as a team. When an emergency happens, confidence matters.
The goal isn't simply to hold a certificate—it's to know what to do and feel capable of doing it."
